    Application for Use of Premises

    The Center hosts conferences, symposia, seminars, workshops, lectures, musical and theatrical performances, visual events. The premises are available upon request, according to the current regulations.

Α) Από τους οικονομικούς όρους απαλλάσσονται εκδηλώσεις στις οποίες διοργανωτής αποτελεί μέλος ΔΕΠ του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών. Β) Η χρήση των χώρων και λοιπών υπηρεσιών του ΣΠΚ γίνεται χωρίς τους παραπάνω οικονομικούς όρους, για τις ακόλουθες περιπτώσεις: Β1) Κεντρικές εκδηλώσεις του Ιδρύματος. Β2) Υποδοχή πρωτοετών φοιτητών από τα Τμήματα του Ιδρύματος.

Ο ενδιαφερόμενος καλείται να υπογράψει τη σχετική σύμβαση και το αντίστοιχο Τεχνικό Δελτίο (αφορά μόνο τη χρήση του Αμφιθεάτρου Ι.1), μέσα σε αποκλειστική προθεσμία επτά (7) ημερών από την έγγραφη ενημέρωσή του (έντυπη ή ηλεκτρονική), καταβάλλοντας ταυτόχρονα την προβλεπόμενη προκαταβολή (20% επί του συνολικού ποσού), άλλως η Σύμβαση θεωρείται άκυρη.

Καταβολή προκαταβολής 30%
Τρεις (3) ημέρες πριν από την εκδήλωση καταβάλλεται από τον/τους συμβαλλόμενο/συμβαλλόμενους – διοργανωτή/διοργανωτές, επιπλέον 30% επί του συνολικού ποσού. Αν περάσει άπρακτη η ανωτέρω προθεσμία των τριών (3) ημερών, χωρίς να έχει καταβληθεί το επιπλέον ποσοστό 30% του τιμήματος τεκμαίρεται η αυτόματη και μονομερής ανάκληση του αιτήματος αποδοχής χωρίς να δημιουργούνται αξιώσεις κατά του ΣΠΚ.

    Note: Choose at least one venue of the Conference & Cultural Center of the University of Patras for the dates of your event. All listed prices are before 24% VAT. Discounts or exemption from financial conditions are applied upon approval of the application.

    MAIN HALL Ι.1: 930 seats. Cost: 1400 per day. Friday, Saturday or Sunday 08.00-24.00 cost (per day): 1.800 euros, Weekend (Saturday at 08.00 till Sunday at 24.00) Cost: 3.100 euros

    AUDITORIUM Ι.4. 250 seats. Cost: all day: 400 €, half day: 300€ . Friday, Saturday or Sunday 08.00-24.00 (one day) all day: 600 €, half day: 350€ . Weekend (from Saturday at 08.00 till Sunday at 24.00): 1.000 €

    PARALLEL MEETING ROOM I-10: 120 Seats. Cost: full day: € 250, half day: € 150.

    Live streaming of conferences and concerts
    Event Recording
    The events may be recorded, under the guidance and supervision of the CCC staff technician. The contracting party pays a basic fee of 100 euros for the supervision service.

    Regulation

    The above prices include the use of Video Projector and technical support. 1. The use of a second console (stage) and an additional sound technician is regulated by the Operating Rules. For audio and lighting support in other halls or areas of the S.P.K., the cost is determined on a case-by-case basis. 2. The provision of rooms at the rates listed in this price list is valid until 00:00. If staff presence is required beyond that time, an additional fee will be charged. 3. Events may be audio recorded under the guidance and supervision of S.P.K. technical staff. A minimum supervision fee of €100 is charged to the contracting party. 4. The S.P.K. pricing policy: 20% of the amount is paid upon signing the Contract, 30% of the total amount is paid 3 days before the event, and the remaining 50% is paid within 20 days after the event has taken place. 5. The University of Patras reserves the right to occupy and use a small surface area at any point within the S.P.K., if required, for placing a booth for sales/promotion/advertising/information or exhibition material and products of the University of Patras.
