
The University of Patras is the third largest University in Greece in terms of students, faculty members, administrative personnel, number of departments and degrees awarded.
The Conference and Cultural Center (CCC) in the campus is built to host scientific and other conferences and meetings in the best and most efficient way possible. One of its main goals and aspirations is to lead the cultural development of the city of Patras and Western Greece in general.
The Conference Cultural Center of the University of Patras belongs to its Department of Museums, Conference Cultural Centers and Related Structures of the Directorate of Public Relations and Outreach.

High Standards
The Conference Cultural Center (CCC) has been built on the Patras University Campus, on an area of 25 acres. It consists of two levels with a total area of 9,300 sq.m. and can accommodate up to 2,000 people at the same time. It is designed according to international standards, equipped with modern technological equipment and it is ideal for of organizing not only conferences but also cultural events (theatre, music, dance) and exhibitions of high standards.
The mission of the CCC of the University of Patras is the hosting of conferences, symposia and seminars, musical, theatrical and other high-level cultural events. The premises are available, upon request, to third parties for the organization of similar events, in accordance with the provisions of its operating regulations.
University of Patras
The University of Patras extends over an area of 2,650 acres, near the Rio-Antirio ferry. The Campus includes buildings with a total gross area of 170,000 sq.m., which house the Departments of the University of Patras and the Administrative Services. In the verdant Campus, there are also the University Hospital, the Central Library and other Central Functions (Publishing House, Sports Center, Zoological and Botanical Museums, Bookstore, Restaurant and Canteen), as well as Bank ATMs. University of Patras website: http://www.upatras.gr
